Shoutbox Added! **UPDATED!**

Hi everyone. I decided to add a Shoutbox, to where we can discuss small, or off-topic, matters. You can discuss anything there, but the forum rules still apply, so please abide by them even when using the Shoutbox.
You can find the Shoutbox at the top of the home page, just below the banner. At the moment, anyone can post there. Even guests. But I would much prefer if you registered, so we can keep track of who is who. But it's not necessary. However, if we start having major issues with the Shoutbox (spam bots or guests constantly breaking the rules), then I will restrict Shoutbox posting to members only. So please don't ruin it for everyone else.
The Shoutbox is useful if you want to tell members something but don't necessarily think it's worthy of a thread all of it's own. As well as you don't want to post it in a thread, risking the chance it might take the thread off topic. So post it in the Shoutbox. Maybe such things as like, "I'll be real busy for awhile, so you guys might not see me posting for a week." or "Anyone on? I am thinking of hoping on Marvel Heroes here in a minute.". Stuff like that. Just have fun with it!
