Marvel Contest of Champions

I created an Alliance on the mobile/tablet game: Marvel Contest of Champions. It is named after my other group (Death Has A Name) since stuff like "Deathstroke" and "Deathstroke Army" was already taken.
The Alliance is named "Death Has A Name" with the tag of [DHAN_]. Just "[DHAN]" was already taken, sadly. If you wish to join the alliance, let me know. For right now, I always can spare a spot for a member who will be active in alliance events. We do Alliance Quest and Wars daily, as long as they are available. Sometimes they go down for maintenance or to refresh the rewards.
=================================================================
Everything below the above line is just for me, basically. Feel free to completely ignore this, and everything below. It is to help me see who is actively doing Alliance events.
I only care about participation at the moment. Once we get a good solid 20+ regulars who participate, then I will start looking at scores contributed. And making the decision on whether not to kick them, if they constantly do low input. Note that I do not expect everyone to participate in EVERY SINGLE EVENT. That is a lot of time and effort spent on checking/playing this game. But after 3-5 no-shows (especially if in a row), then it's probably time to start looking for a replacement.
Participating in Alliance Wars is slightly more important to me, since that hands out the better rewards. So I will be a bit more lenient on people who don't participate in AQ over AW. So if someone has low AW miss numbers, but high AQ miss numbers, I am more than likely to let them slide. ...For now. But if a person has high miss numbers on BOTH AQ and AW (especially if high consecutive) AND isn't active in chat, then they are definitely getting the boot. Also note that if the person has not logged in for a week, I also kick them for inactivity, unless they let the Alliance, or myself, know that they were going to be gone for an extended period of time first.
If the person scored 0.0%, then I am still going to count them as a miss. Sure, they entered the event, but they did nothing. So I count that as a miss. Sorry, can't pull a fast one on me.
The list is sorted kind of weird. I originally made the list in order from strongest members to weakest (as it is seen on the Alliance page in-game). But as members left/got kicked, I just replaced the former members with the new ones, who took their place. So this list is not in any particular order now days. I might update it some day to be sorted by missed events (probably lowest to highest).
"(Current)" is how many times they have currently missed consecutive events. If the number in the parenthesis is zero, then that means they participated in the last event.
People with red names are close to getting the boot. People with green names are new members.
Alliance Quest record started 7/5/17. Previous Alliance Quest ended 7/16/17.
Alliance War record started 6/25/17. Previous Alliance War ended 7/16/17.
I reset the numbers for some of the alliance members to zero, because the history overview for past Alliance Quests and Wars wasn't always accurate. Sometimes it would show people who weren't even in the Alliance at the time of the AQ/AW, and shown them as a non-participate. So I reset a few of the newer members numbers, to give them a fresh start, just in case some of their numbers were a bit too high. If there numbers weren't off, then they got lucky this one time. But from now on, I am going to be keeping record of this after every AQ and AW.[/i]
Current players who are active in Alliance Chat:
Bloody Sky (me), GO7 PWN3D, CheeZeThePunk, Eldrich horror
Current players who regularly request help (generating Loyalty):
Bloody Sky (me), GO7 PWN3D, CheeZeThePunk, Eldrich horror, REAPER352
Current players who donate to the Alliance Treasury (not that it matters at the moment):
Bloody Sky (me), REAPER352
UPDATE:
As you can probably tell, this post is very out of date now. Thankfully this didn't really become much of an issue anymore, as more and more members started participating in every event. We now average about 18-22 people per event, which is nice. Not ideal (would prefer 28 to all 30), but still a lot better than it was. When I made this post, we were averaging about 8-12 people per event. Was awful.
I will keep this around though, in case I ever do need to start updating it again. Most of these members aren't even in the alliance anymore, except for a slight few.
